In stock items are shipped within 24—48 hours during regular business hours. We ship all of our merchandise within the continental US via UPS.Shipping costs for all other merchandise will be calculated at the point of check out based on UPS shipping location and weight criteria. At this point you will have the option to expedite your delivery by choosing one of the express delivery services available through UPS.

Additional 5.00 handling fee applies to all special orders.

RETURNS

We gladly accept returns within 14 days from receipt of purchase, excluding special order items. Bathing suits, socks, hair accessories, undergarments and loungewear are not acceptable items for return. Items must be returned in original packaging and tags still attached to ensure a refund. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

All returned merchandise must be in its original saleable condition when received. Please be sure to include all of the original material that the manufacturer sent with the merchandise.

Returns on merchandise that is not defective or the result of an incorrect shipment must be sent prepaid within 14 days of the date received. No collect shipments will be accepted.

Please indicate the reason for your return according to the Return Reason Codes found directly on the front of your return slip. Enclose the slip in the carton, wrap the package securely, and send it to the address listed on the return slip.

No returns will be processed without a copy of invoice(s).

Washed, worn or otherwise altered merchandise are not acceptable for return.

DEFECTIVE ITEMS - will be replaced or returned. A defective item must be reported within 5 days of receipt in order to qualify for full refund. We would also like to note that some of our childrens' apparel is quite delicate and may not hold up well with active toddlers. We are unable to accept returns on items that were damaged while worn, washed/dried, or simply did not hold up well after being worn. Please keep this in mind when ordering.

Please note that it can take 4 to 6 weeks for a return to be credited back to your credit card.

Packages refused by the recipient at the delivery or non delivered because of a wrong address given by the customer, will be charged 20% restocking fee or resend at customer's expense.

Holiday merchandise is a final sale as of the date of the holiday. This includes velvet outfits. Any Holiday Wear returned within 3 weeks prior to the date of the Holiday cannot be refunded. Shoes can be exchanged for size but no refunds will be given.

Special Orders

Special orders are advance purchases made on merchandise scheduled to ship at a future date. Items are shipped to you when they arrive in our store. Special ordered items are purchased when you place your order and your credit card is charged at that time. We cannot offer refunds on special order items.
